Construction
Multi-part precision machine assembly. Base-plate, cross-beam and workpiece carriage are manufactured of natural hardstone, granite. The machine concept was designed by JFA under consideration of particular requirements concerning high dynamic stress of all movement axes and the relevant accuracy of the working tasks of the machine assembly.
Vacuum-clamping of workpieces. Micro drills of the clamping system are directly integrated into the body of natural hardstone, granite. Diameter 1 mm.
