Construction
Machine base and all 3 movement axes are manufactured of natural hardstone, granite. Traverse path up to 600 mm. High e-modulus and excellent damping property are the decisive factor of the use of this material. Reference faces are worked flat, parallel and rectangular to each other in high accuracies. These faces are the basis for fulfilment of the requirements of the subsystem.
