Precision machining of advanced materials

The emergence of new technologies increasingly requires the use of "new" and different materials. In addition to the complex manufacturing process, the precise machining of these advanced materials is very difficult. The technical features of the materials used can only be taken advantage of if the precision machining process is carried out successfully.

Due to our long experience we have a broad knowledge of those materials used in precision machining such as - Al2O3 - SiC - SiSiC - glass ceramics - special steels, for instance Invar and Titan.

Whether small or large work pieces are concerned, we will meet any of your requirements and assure the quality of your products. We machine small work pieces used in the measurement and testing technology to minimize abrasion, as well as large work pieces for the production and machining of glass substrates used by the flat-panel and photovoltaic industry.
